Amphenol Aquisition

On April 12, 2005, InterCon Systems has joined the Amphenol Corporation, a world leader in interconnection systems. Effective on that date, InterCon will do business as Amphenol InterCon Systems (AIS), a technology division in Amphenol’s Interconnect Systems Group. The acquisition will add InterCon’s innovative high-density, high-speed interconnection technologies to Amphenol’s global market leadership in interconnection products.
